E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique)

The link between emotions and the body is not a new concept. We express these emotional links in our everyday speech. ‘He’s a pain in the neck’ or ‘I feel like I’ve been stabbed in the back’.

EFT practitioners believe that negative emotions cause disruption/blocks in the body’s energy flow and that if these blocks are released in the body the negative emotions can be released.

EFT works by focusing on the problem and tapping on the specific meridian points on the body to release the blocked energy. Each tap corresponds to a specific meridian in the body like acupuncture points.

Once learnt EFT can be used by clients wherever and whenever they choose.
